The Interior Scholarship – the AIT-Scholarship has been awarded!

The Interior Scholarship – the AIT scholarship of the Sto Foundation, endowed with a total of 24,000 euros, was awarded for the twelfth time this year. As in previous years, the participation was Europe-wide with 45 applicants from 10 countries and 12 nationalities. This year, Florian Berger (Graz University of Technology, AT-Graz), Pauline Gondek (Burg Giebichenstein University of the Arts, DE-Halle), Niklaus Huber (Zurich University of the Arts, CH-Zurich) and Maike Kößler (University of Applied Sciences, DE-Stuttgart) prevailed.

During the jury session on July 5, 2022 at the AIT-ArchitekturSalon Hamburg, Prof. Ralf Pasel (pasel.künzel architects / CODE | Construction + Design/Technische Universität Berlin, DE-Berlin), Thomas Huth (Parat, DE-Hamburg), Prof. Sabine Keggenhoff (KEGGENHOFF | PARTNER, DE-Arnsberg-Neheim), Eva Marguerre (Studio Besau-Marguerre, DE-Hamburg), Prof. Hartmut Raiser (Rosenheim University of Technology, DE-Rosenheim / RAISERLOPES Architekten + Innenarchitekten, DE-Stuttgart) and Kristina Bacht (Curator AIT-ArchitekturSalon and Publishing Director, DE-Hamburg) evaluated and discussed not only the quality of the submitted student projects but also the creative designs for this year’s impromptu task, which was a criterion for the application for the eighth time, this year on the theme of “Atmospheric Spaces”.
