S eit über 40 Jahren kümmert sich die Tierarztpraxis Ottersberg um
Vierbeiner – egal ob Hund, Schwein oder Pferd. Mit dem Neubau der
Praxis beweist Britta Borrmann aus dem Planungsbüro Bauhof Wohnim-
puls aus Bremen, dass Wohlfühlatmosphäre und hygienische Spitzenstan-
dards sich nicht ausschließen müssen. Ein unaufgeregter Materialmix
und sanfte Farben schaffen eine kontrastreiche und dennoch beruhigen-
de Stimmung, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für Mensch und Tier
fördert. Das 70-köpfige Praxisteam arbeitet auf rund 750 Quadratmetern
in verschiedenen Bereichen – je nach Funktion sind die Anforderungen
an die Bodenbeläge entsprechend unterschiedlich. In der hauseigenen
Apotheke lagern Medikamente in großen und schweren Gebinden – hier
entschieden sich die PlanerInnen für robuste Kautschukfliesen von nora
mit einer Dicke von 3,5 Millimetern, um der mechanischen und dynami-
schen Beanspruchung etwas entgegensetzen zu können. Im Operations-
saal dagegen herrschen in erster Linie strenge Hygienevorschriften: Dank
des Ton-in-Ton-Designs von norament 926 satura sind selbst kleinste Blut-
stropfen sofort erkennbar und rückstandslos zu entfernen. Im Empfangs-
und Wartebereich liegt der Fokus auf Ästhetik, aber auch auf Schmut-

Here, norament 926 pado with a contemporary yet easy-to-maintain ter-
