wärts kompatibilität“. Im Frühjahr ging der multifunktionale, von Paul
Schärer junior und Fritz Haller erdachte Stauraumklassiker in eine neue,
entscheidende Dimension: USM integriert jetzt Licht und Energie direkt
in die Struktur der Möbel. Kabellos! Dimmbare Licht elemente lassen
sich mit einem Handgriff diskret in die Rohre einklinken. Regale und
Vitrinen werden somit von innen ausgeleuchtet, in Schubladen wird es
beim Öffnen sensorisch gesteuert hell, und unter den Möbeln installiert
schaffen Lichtquellen ein Orien tierungslicht. Abgesehen davon kann
USM Haller E noch mehr. An definierten Aussparungen lassen sich USB
Charger bündig mit den Rohren und kaum wahrnehmbar einklinken,
sodass sich Handys oder Laptops direkt an der Struktur aufladen lassen.
Die kabellose Stromführung gelingt durch eigens entwickelte e-Rohre,
e-Kugeln und e-Connectoren. In Boden nähe wird das Möbel mit Strom
versorgt. Ein Einspeisekabel führt direkt in eine USM-Haller-e-Kugel.
Diese elektronische Weiterentwicklung möchte USM künftig noch top-
pen. Eine Steuerung per Mobile-App, berührungsaktive Oberflächen und
programmierbare Lichtszenarien sind weitere Features, über die das
Traditionsunternehmen nachdenkt und forscht. wa

re of the furniture. Cable-free! In just one step, dimmable lighting ele-
ments can be discretely inserted into the tubes. Shelves and showcases
are thus illuminated from the inside; in drawers, the light comes on with
sensory control whenever they are opened and, installed under the furni-
ture, light sources provide orientation light. Apart from this, USM Haller E
can do even more. At pre-defined recesses, USB chargers can be inserted
flush with the tubes and hardly visible so that cell phones or notebooks
can be charged right at the structure. Cable-free current conduction is pos-
sible thanks to especially developed e-Tubes, e-Balls and e-Connectors.
The furniture is supplied with electricity close to the floor. A feeding cable
leads directly into a USM Haller e-Ball. In future, USM even wants to top
this electronic further development. Control via mobile app, touch-sensi-
tive surfaces and programmable lighting scenarios are additional features
the traditional company is considering and researching.
