Boxen und Ringen, Tanzen und Singen, Rangieren und Parkieren – die
Aussersihler Stadthalle im Herzen von Zürich bot bereits vielen Funk-
tionen ein Zuhause und kann so mit einer bewegten Geschichte auf-
warten. Nach ihrer gesellschaftlich relevanten Zeit als Stadthalle und
einer Ära als städtischer Autogarage verbindet das Gebäude aus dem
20. Jahrhundert nun die Zeichen der Zeit und bietet mit spektakulärer
Innenarchitektur dem Schweiz Tourismus neue Räume. Hier wird ab
sofort die Neugier auf die Schweiz und ihre Geschichte geweckt.

Boxing and wrestling, dancing and singing, manoeuvring and par-
king – the Aussersihl town hall in the heart of Zurich had already
been a venue with numerous functions and thus has an eventful his-
tory. After its socially relevant period as a town hall and an era as a
municipal multi-storey car park, the building from the 20th century
now connects the signs of the time and provides new premises with
a spectacular interior design to the Switzerland Tourism. Starting
now, the interest in Switzerland and its history is awakened here.
