Inspiriert von der Bildhauerei bildet der Temno Table von
Walter Knoll eine Symbiose aus Architektur und Skulptur.
In Anlehnung an den Torso als maßgebendes Element
der antiken Bildhauerei besteht das Gestell aus Manufak-
turbeton mit einer glatten und samtmatten Oberfläche.
Durch seine handwerkliche Verarbeitung ist er nicht nur
robust, sondern auch jedes Stück ein Unikat. Im Kontrast
zum glatten, kalten Beton steht die runde Massivholzplatte
und ergänzt ein warmes, elegantes Erscheinungsbild. Um
dem aktuellen Stand der Technik gerecht zu werden, kann
Temno mit dem Connector X-System oder USB-Anschlüs-
sen ausgestattet werden.

Having taken its inspiration from the art of sculpting, the
Temno Table from Walter Knoll is a symbiosis of archi-
tecture and sculpture. Inspired by the torso as the defi-
ning element of ancient sculpture, the frame is made of
manufactured concrete with a smooth and velvety-matte
surface. The craftsmanship makes it not only robust, but
it also manages to make every single item unique. The
round solid wood table top contrasts with the smooth,
cold concrete, complementing it to create a warm, ele-
gant appearance. To meet current technical standards,
it is also able to equip the Knoll Temno Table with the
Connector X system or USB ports.
