M it dem Wunsch einen höheren Komfort für MitarbeiterInnen und
KundInnen bieten zu können, entschied sich die Volksbank Lahr
für den Umzug aus der Ettenheimer Innenstadt in ein gut erreichbares
Gewerbegebiet mit verbessertem Parkplatzangebot. Verantwortlich für
den Neubau wie auch für die zeitgemäße Büroraumgestaltung ist das
Architekturbüro Partner AG. „Die Bauherrschaft wünschte sich eine offe-
ne, flexible Arbeitsumgebung. Man präferierte von Beginn an eine Flex
Desk- und Clean Desk-Policy. Nach diesen Prinzipien können die Mitar-
beiterInnen ihre Arbeitsplätze frei wählen und ihren Workflow und ihre
Kommunikation immer wieder optimieren“, erklärt der Architekt Jan-Phi-
lipp Feißt das Büro-Konzept. Doch PlanerInnen wie BauherrInnen ging es
nicht nur um maximale Flexibilität, sondern auch um Nachhaltigkeit – so
wurde mit regionalen Partnern gearbeitet, eine recycelbare Naturstein-
fassade montiert, eine hocheffiziente Haustechnik mit Heiz-Kühldecken
installiert und auf nachhaltige Werkstoffe geachtet. Sichtbarstes Zeichen
der neu entstandenen und mit Weißtanne hell ausgestalteten Arbeits-
landschaft sind die modularen und transparenten Trennwandsysteme
von PAN+Armbruster: Sämtliche Türzargen sind hier als Holzkonstruktion

wanted an open, flexible work environment and preferred a flex-desk

ees to choose their workstations, repeatedly optimising their workflow
and communication,” explains architect Jan-Philipp Feißt. The plan-
ners and clients focused on both maximum flexibility and sustaina-
bility: they collaborated with regional partners, installed a recyclable
natural stone façade, incorporated highly efficient building technolo-
gy with heating-cooling ceilings and used sustainable materials. The
most visible feature of the new, bright workspace finished in white fir
is the modular and transparent partition system by PAN+Armbruster.
All door frames are made of wood, with a particularly refined transiti-

noise reduction.
