LVATE FACE AESTHETICS

I n der Münchner Praxis für minimalinvasive Gesichtsbehandlungen Lvate ist alles
anders als gewohnt: Die PatientInnen heißen „Members“, die Räume „Spheres“,und
der Empfangsbereich ist eine große Couch, auf der man Teil der Community wird, Musik
hört, einen Drink nimmt – sich auf jeden Fall erst einmal wohlfühlt. Dazu hat das Team
von Merakitects aus Düsseldorf ein Raumkonzept entwickelt, das sich an der Anatomie
des Gesichtes und den fünf Hautschichten orientiert, und beschreibt dies als Interior
Anatomie. Anhand dieser fünf Hautschichten wurden fünf Farben und fünf Materialien
ausgewählt, die sich als Leitfaden durch den ganzen Entwurf ziehen. Nach der willkom-
men heißenden Community Sphere (Haut: Skinny Beige, Keramik) geht es in die Behand-
lungszimmer (Erste Fettschicht: Fatty Yellow, Messing) mit privater Vorbereitungsecke,
danach findet das Member maximale Entspannung in der Mind Sphere (Muskelgewebe:
Muscular Red, Kupfer). Die Connecting Sphere – Flur und sanitäre Anlagen (Zweite Fett-
schicht: Fatty Brown, Eiche) – ist geheimnisvoll dunkel, verspiegelt und kontrastiert den
hellen Wartebereich, der fünfte Bereich, die Human Sphere (Knochen: Bony Grey, Stein)
ist der Mensch selbst – erst durch ihn erwachen alle anderen Spheres zum Leben. Die
Leitidee „Was uns umgibt, beeinflusst nachhaltig, wie wir uns fühlen“ könnte aufgehen,
die Mischung aus warmen, edlen Materialien und Oberflächen wirkt (tiefen)entspannt!

I n the Munich practice for minimally invasive facial treatments, Lvate, everything is
different: the patients are referred to as members, the rooms are called spheres and
the reception area is a large couch where you become part of the community, listen to
music, have a drink – a place to feel at ease. To achieve this, the team from Merakitects
in Düsseldorf developed a spatial concept based on the facial anatomy and the five
layers of skin, describing it as the Interior Anatomy. Based on these five layers of skin,
five colours and five materials were selected as guidelines for the entire design. After
the welcoming Community Sphere (skin: skinny beige, ceramic), you enter the treat-
ment rooms (first fat layer: fatty yellow, brass) with a private preparation corner. The
member then finds maximum relaxation in the Mind Sphere (muscle tissue: muscular
red, copper). The Connecting Sphere – corridor and sanitary facilities (second fat layer:
fatty brown, oak) – is mysteriously dark, mirrored and contrasts with the bright waiting
area. The fifth zone, the Human Sphere (bone: bony grey, stone) is the human being
itself – it is only through them that all the other spheres come to life. The guiding idea
“What surrounds us has a lasting influence on how we feel” could hold true, the com-
bination of warm, exquisite materials and surfaces exudes a deep sense of relaxation!
