Laufen ergänzt die Badkollektion Val um neue Waschtisch-Schalen und Waschtische, die
die Schweizer Badmarke erneut zusammen mit Designer Konstantin Grcic entwickelte.
Dünnwandig und mit schmalen Kanten fügen sie sich elegant in kompakte und an-
spruchsvolle Badgrundrisse ein und sorgen für eine freie und transparente Raumwir-
kung. Um weitere Funktionen in Form semi-trockener Ablageflächen zu integrieren, die
Oberflächen mit feinen dreidimensionalen Texturen besitzen, nutzt das Unternehmen
den gewonnenen Platz im Becken. So steht neben ausreichend Beckeninhalt nun auch
eine Nutzfläche zur Verfügung, auf der Seifen, Rasierpinsel, Kosmetika griffbereit plat-
ziert und die, typisch für Keramik, einfach sauber zu halten sind. Auf Wunsch sind die
neuen Waschtisch-Schalen mit Überlauf erhältlich. Ebenfalls neu ist ein spülrandloses
Urinal für private, halböffentliche und öffentliche Badräume, das auch dieser intimsten
Örtlichkeit eine repräsentative Funktion verleiht.
Laufen complements its highly successful Val bathroom collection with new wash
bowls and washstands which the Swiss bathroom brand has again developed toget-
her with the designer Konstantin Grcic. Thin-walled and with narrow edges, the
items of sanitary ware elegantly fit into compact and demanding bathroom layouts
and ensure a free and transparent spatial effect. To integrate additional functions in
the form of semi-dry storage areas with delicate three-dimensional textures, the com-
pany uses the space gained in the basin. Besides sufficient basin content, there is
now also a usable area available on which soaps, shaving brushes or cosmetics can
be placed close at hand and that, typical of ceramics, is simple to keep clean. Upon
request, the new washstand bowls are available with an overflow. Also new is a uri-
nal without a flush rim for private, semi-public and public bathrooms that gives a
representative function to this most intimate of venues as well.
