Z eitlos, komfortabel, selbsterklärend und bedienerfreundlich – so soll -
ten die Technik und die entsprechenden Installationen von Hotelzim-
mern in der heutigen Zeit sein. Das neue Schalterprogramm von Jung
möchte in diesem Sektor Nützlichkeit und Eleganz vereinen. Entstanden
sind die Serviceanzeige Corridor Unit, der Hotelcard-Schalter mit RFID-
Leser (automatisch und berührungslos) sowie der Raumtemperaturregler
Fan Coil – alle in einer ansprechenden Glasvariante mit farbigen Lichtlei-
tern. Letztere zeigen bei Bedarf den gewünschten Service und die notwen-
digen Informationen an, während im Ruhemodus von den Symbolen
nichts zu sehen ist. Dadurch lassen sich die Installationen dezent und
problemlos in jede Hotelgestaltung integrieren. Die Corridor Unit unter-
stützt dabei die entspannte Kommunikation für den Gast nach außen,
indem dieser hier Wünsche und Informationen für das Personal sichtbar
machen kann. Der Hotelcard-Schalter erkennt hingegen die jeweilige Zim-
merkarte und zeigt dem Gast selbst den entsprechenden Status an. Da
jeder Gast seine persönliche Wohlfühltemperatur hat, ist gerade in Hotels
das Raumklima ein schwieriges Thema. Wie sich in diesem Zusammen-
hang trotzdem Energie einsparen lässt, zeigt das Fan Coil Display. Entwi -
ckelt mit dem Kooperationspartner Assa Abloy, lassen sich hier Tempera-
tur und Lüftung individuell einstellen und darüber hinaus mit der Hotel-
software und einem Guest-Room-Managementsystem verbinden. Dies er-

laubt den Gästen und den Betreibern ein unkompliziertes Handling. kg
T imeless, comfortable, self-explanatory, and user-friendly - this is
how the technology and corresponding installations of hotel
rooms should be today. Jung's new switch range aims to combine use-
fulness and elegance in this sector. The result is the Corridor Unit ser-
vice display, the key card switch with RFID reader (automatic and con-
tactless), and the Fan Coil room temperature controller - all in an at-
tractive glass version with coloured light guides. The latter displays the
desired service and the necessary information when required, while
the icons are invisible in idle mode. Thus, the installations can be di-
screetly and easily integrated into any hotel design. The Corridor Unit
supports relaxed communication between the guest and the outside
world by enabling the guest to make wishes and information visible to
the staff. The key card holder, on the other hand, recognises the respec-
tive room key card and displays the corresponding status to the guest.
Since every guest has his or her individual well-being temperature, the
room climate is a difficult issue, especially in hotels. The Fan Coil Dis-
play shows how energy can still be saved in this context. Developed
together with the cooperation partner Assa Abloy, temperature and
ventilation can be individually adjusted and in addition connected to
the hotel software and a guest room management system. This facili-
tates uncomplicated handling for guests and operators alike.
