K onsequenter Minimalismus im Innenraum: In der malerischen
Kleinstadt Pordeone in Venetien gelegen, räumt diese Villa in Fer-
tigbauweise mit Vorurteilen auf und bietet ihren Eigentümern eine ex-
klusive, puristisch anmutende Wohnatmosphäre. Beim Planungskon-
zept setzte Architekt Filippo Caprioglio auf konsequenten Minimalis-
mus. So finden sich auf rund 500 Quadratmetern klar strukturierte,
helle Räume, die durch den Braunton des im kompletten Innenraum
verlegten Eichenparketts eine behagliche Wärme erhalten. Im Kon-
trast dazu stehen weiße Holzvertäfelungen, die an den Wänden als
wesentliches Gestaltungsmerkmal zu finden sind. Dank der Türsy-
steme Eclisse Syntesis Line und Syntesis Plano, fügen sich die Türen
gänzlich in dieses Gestaltungskonzept ein. Das Schiebetür-Element
Syntesis Line sitzt zargenlos, flächenbündig in der Wand und kann so-
wohl in Mauerwerk, als auch in Gipskarton-Wänden verbaut werden.
Das Türelement kommt dabei ganz ohne sichtbare Verkleidungen aus.
Passend zur Syntesis Line gibt es die Drehflügeltür Syntesis Plano. Die
nicht sichtbare Zarge kann bei diesem Türelement mit oder ohne
Sturz realsisiert werden. Das Türblatt ist in den Stärken 45 und 50 Mil-
limeter erhältlich. Das Eclisse-System bietet bestmögliche Übergänge
zwischen Wänden und Türen, so dass hinter moderner Optik – hier
mit den weißen Holzvertäfelungen verkleidet – die verschiedenen
Funktionsbereiche der Villa geschickt im Verborgenen liegen. pb

C onsistent minimalism in the interior: Situated in the picturesque
small town of Pordeone in Veneto, Italy, this prefabricated villa
does away with prejudices against this construction typology and of-
fers its owners an exclusive, puristic living atmosphere. The planning
concept, which was conceived by architect Filippo Caprioglio, is based
on consistent minimalism. The 500-square-metre residence features
clearly structured, bright rooms, which are given a cosy warmth by the
brown shade of the oak parquet flooring installed throughout the in-
terior. This contrasts with white wood panelling, which was added as
an essential design feature on the walls. Thanks to the Eclisse Syntesis
Line and Syntesis Plano door systems, the doors blend in perfectly
with this interior design concept. The sliding door element Syntesis
Line is frameless, flush with the wall and can be installed in brick-
work as well as in plasterboard walls. The door element does not re-
quire any visible coverings. The Syntesis Plano swing door is available
to match the Syntesis Line. The invisible frame of this door element
can be installed both with or without lintel. The door leaf is available
with a thickness of 45 and 50 millimetres. The Eclisse system ensures
the best possible transitions between walls and doors, so that behind
