For the 16th time, the architecture trade magazine AIT and AIT-Dialog awarded the Innovation Award Architecture+ Building on the occasion of BAU trade fair in cooperation with Messe München. The Innovation Award recognizes products and conceptual solutions that are evaluated according to both design and technical criteria. Among the numerous products available on the market, prizes are awarded to those that particularly meet the needs of interior/architects and designers. The award recognizes conceptual solutions for selected objects and products that are equally convincing in terms of design and functionality. Important criteria in the assessment are the choice of materials and the variety of possible applications.

Renowned jury members from the fields of architecture and interior design selected the winners from the 43 submitted products on January 13, 2025. The prizes – two Innovation Awards, five Special Mentions and four Mentions – were then awarded at a public event.
