D er neue Standort des Innovationszentrums Le Village by CA der
Crédit-Agricole-Gruppe in Parma bietet jungen Start-ups moderne
Arbeitsumgebungen und unterstützt sie bei Schulung, Finanzierung und
Internationalisierung. Wie bereits der erste italienische Standort in Mai-
land, der in einem Kloster aus dem 15. Jahrhundert untergebracht ist,
befindet sich auch das neue Zentrum in einem historischen Gebäude
– dem ehemaligen Sitz der Handelskammer, einem repräsentativen
Jugendstilbau. Das Mailänder DEGW-Team um Alessandro Adamo
gestaltete das Erdgeschoss und das zweite Obergeschoss, die jeweils
rund 800 Quadratmeter und insgesamt 100 Arbeitsplätze umfassen.
Zahlreiche Nutzungszonen wie Pausenbereiche, Besprechungsräume und
Präsentationsflächen wurden integriert, ohne die bestehende Raumstruk-
tur zu verändern. Ebenso blieben der ursprüngliche Boden und die reich
dekorierten Gewölbedecken erhalten. Vor diesem historischen Hinter-
grund setzt das Möblierungskonzept auf moderne Akzente von Pedrali, die
den Charakter des Gebäudes respektvoll ergänzen. Die Babila-Stühle und
-Sessel von Odo Fioravanti sowie die Laja-Sessel von Alessandro Busana
prägen die Arbeitsbereiche zusammen mit Ypsilon- und Stylus-Tischen. In
den Gemeinschaftszonen finden sich die Social-Sofas von Patrick Jouin,
Volt-Hocker von Pocci Dondoli sowie Malmö-Loungesessel von Cazzaniga
Mandelli Pagliarulo. Das Ergebnis ist ein inspirierender Ort, an dem zeit-

ization. Like the first location in Milan, the new centre is also located in
a historic building – the former headquarters of the Chamber of Com-
merce, a prestigious Art Nouveau building. The Milan DEGW team led
by Alessandro Adamo designed the ground floor and second floor, each
covering around 800 square metres and now providing a total of 100
fully equipped workstations. Numerous functional areas such as break
rooms, meeting rooms and presentation areas were successfully integrat-
ed without altering the existing room structure. The original flooring and
richly decorated vaulted ceilings were also preserved. Against this histor-
ical backdrop, the furnishing concept focuses on modern accents from
Pedrali, which respectfully complement the character of the building. The
Babila chairs and armchairs by Odo Fioravanti and the Laja armchairs
by Alessandro Busana characterize the work areas together with Ypsilon
and Stylus tables. The communal areas feature Social sofas by Patrick
Jouin, Volt stools by Pocci Dondoli and Malmö lounge chairs by Cazzaniga
Mandelli Pagliarulo. The result is an inspiring place where contemporary
start-up culture meets the historical heritage of Parma.
