Die Generalsanierung und Erweiterung des 1977 in Betrieb genom-
menen Krankenhauskomplexes planen und leiten dorner + partner
aus Altensteig und Heuser + Partner aus Nagold. Die Besonderheit
dabei: Die Väter der ArchitektInnen hatten seinerzeit den Neubau
der Nagolder Klinik geplant. Volker Renz, ehemaliger Mitarbeiter
bei dorner + partner, ist heute Vertreter des Bauherrn und schildert
die ungewöhnlich umfangreiche Maßnahme, die auf acht Jahre
Bauzeit und 115 Millionen Euro Gesamtinvestition veranschlagt ist.

are planning and directing the general renovation and expansion
of the hospital complex put into operation in 1977. The fathers of
the architects had planned the new building of the Nagold clinics
at the time. Volker Renz, a former employee at dorner + partner,
today represents the building client and describes the unusually
extensive measure with an estimated construction period of eight
years and a total of 115 million euros of investment.
