Entwurf • Design Opera Action, PA-Panama Stadt

G rupo Residencial setzt sich als familiengeführtes Unternehmen
seit 1984 für die Entwicklung von Wohnraumlösungen im urbanen
Raum ein. Für die Abwicklung seiner mittlerweile 15.000 Wohnprojekte
verfügt Grupo Residencial heute neben Abteilungen für Marketing, Ver-
trieb und Verwaltung auch über ein eigenes Architektur- wie Bautech-
nik-Department und konnte in der Region darüber hinaus rund 1.600
Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Für die Umsetzung des eigenen neuen Büroge-
bäudes verließ sich der Wohnungsbauexperte auf die ortsansässigen
Architekten von Opera Action. Der entstandene Bürokomplex soll die
Zusammenarbeit der unterschiedlichen Abteilungen vereinfachen und
mehr attraktive Möglichkeiten für Team-Besprechungen und Kunden-
Meetings bieten. Zu diesem Zweck entstand eine Bürolandschaft, deren
kleinteilige Struktur überwiegend mithilfe von Glaswänden unterteilt
ist, sodass auch aus der Gebäudemitte heraus – wo sich informelle
Besprechungsbereiche und vertikale Erschließungszonen befinden –
ein offener Blick auf die Skyline der Stadt möglich ist. In der weiteren
Ausgestaltung der Räumlichkeiten setzten die Planer auf ein im
Schwerpunkt indirektes Beleuchtungskonzept und einen Materialkon-
trast zwischen hellem Echtholz, silbergrauen Oberflächen und textilen
Elementen. Zahlreiche Möbel von Andreu World vervollständigen die
repräsentative Arbeitsumgebung und geben den Räumlichkeiten einen

urban contexts since 1984. To manage its 15,000 residential projects,
Grupo Residencial now has its own architecture and construction en-
gineering department, in addition to marketing, sales and administra-
tion departments, and has also created around 1,600 jobs in the re-
gion. For the implementation of its own new office building, the hou-
sing construction expert relied on the local architects from Opera Ac-
tion. The office complex is designed to facilitate collaboration bet-
ween the various departments and provide more attractive opportu-
nities for team gatherings and meetings with clients. To this end, an
office landscape was created whose small-scale structure is divided
mainly by means of glass walls, thus making sure that an open view
of the city skyline is also possible from the centre of the building –
where several informal meeting areas and vertical circulation zones
are located. When further designing the interiors, the planners focu-
sed on an indirect lighting concept and a material contrast between
light-coloured real wood, silver-grey surfaces and textile elements.
Numerous pieces of furniture from Andreu World complete the presti-
gious working environment and give the premises a look that radiates
