L eder, Holz und warme Töne bestimmen das Interieur der Brau manu -
faktur Störtebeker in ihrer prominenten Lage in der Ham burger Elb -
philharmonie. Auf einer Gesamtfläche von 1.000 Quadrat metern er-
strecken sich drei Gastronomiebereiche über vier Ebenen. Besondere
Highlights sind der „Beer&Dine“- und der „Taste&Shop“-Raum im fünften
beziehungsweise sechsten Obergeschoss sowie das „Deck&Deli“ auf der
Plaza-Aussichtsplattform. Die Innenarchitekten von Form waende um
Florian Kienast orientierten sich am Corporate Design der Brauerei
Störte beker aus Stral sund und verliehen der Gastronomie konsequenter-
weise einen nordischen Charakter: Roher Stahl, Beton und massives
Eichen holz dominieren die Architektur, deren rauer Eindruck durch
natur belassenes Leder ergänzt wird. Die Farbpalette reicht von Schwarz
bis Grau, greift hölzerne Brauntöne auf und wird durch die Akzentfarbe
des Störtebeker-Rots abgerundet. Ohne den Blick von dem charakteristi-
schen Hafen panorama Hamburgs abzulenken, tragen die Stühle und
Tische des Familien unternehmens Wagner Living zur stimmungsvollen
Gestaltung der Ess- und Trinkbereiche bei: Der klassische Wirts haus stuhl
W-1960 diente als Ausgangsobjekt für die Individuali sierung der Möbel
in der Gastronomie der Elbphilharmonie. Rücken freundlich sind die
Sitzmöbel ganz besonders aufgrund des von Wagner entwickelten dreidi-
mensionalen Gelenks Dondola, das den Sitz vom Stuhlge stell entkoppelt
und die Wirbelsäule beim Sitzen durch Mikrobewegungen entlastet. ts

Die natürlichen Töne lassen das Hafenpanorama wirken. • The natural colours allow the harbour panorama to take effect. eather, wood and warm colours characterize the interior of
Elbe Philharmonic Hall. Three gastronomic areas extend over four levels
on a total area of 1,000 square metres. Special highlights are the
Beer&Dine- and the Taste&Shop room on the fifth and sixth upper level
respectively as well as the Deck&Deli on the Plaza viewing platform. The
interior designers from formwaende headed by Florian Kienast followed
the corporate design of the Störtebeker brewery from Stralsund and con-
sequently gave the gastronomic zones a Nordic look: Untreated steel, con-
crete and solid oak dominate the architecture whose rough impression is
complemented by natural leather. The colour palette ranges from black to
grey, takes up woody shades of brown and is has as the Störtebeker red
as an accentuating colour red. Without distracting the attention from the
harbour panorama typical of Hamburg, the chairs and tables of the
Wagner Living family business contribute to the atmospheric design of the
dining- and drinking zones: The classic W-1960 restaurant chair served as
the initial object for the individualization of the furniture in the gastrono-
mic facilities of the Elbe Philharmonic Hall. The seating furniture is back-
friendly particularly due to the three-dimensional Dondola joint develo-
ped by Wagner which decouples the seat from the chair base and, with
micro movements while seated, takes the strain off the spine.
