For this series, vintage-furniture and interior designer
Francisco Segarra transferred the features of old ceramic
tiles onto stoneware floor tiles of red earthenware. The
intentional used look of the 33 by 33 centimeters or
45 by 45 centimeters formats adds lots of charm where-
ver a retro-look is requested.

Altes Muster, neu aufgelegt! 1909 wurde die wun-
derschöne Riffelplatte mit floral-ornamentalem Design
von der Leipziger Firma Emil Carius erstmals vorgestellt.
VIA hat die Zementmosaikplatte (20x20x1,8 cm) neu auf-
gelegt. Dies ist nur eines von vielen historischen Deko ren,
die die Firma aus Bacharach/Rhein fertigt.
A new edition of an old pattern! The exquisite ribbed tile
with the floral-ornamental design was first launched by
the Leipzig company Firma Emil Carius in 1909. VIA
offers a new edition of the concrete mosaic tiles (20 by
20 by 1.8 centimters). It is just one of the many beautiful, 4
historic décors being produced by the company.
