das Auge berechnet sei, sondern auch einem Menschen, der mit ver-
bundenen Augen hindurchgeführt würde, noch empfindsam sein und
ihm gefallen müsse“, so Friedrich Schiller. Oder anders ausgedrückt:
Wenn ein Haus in einer Weise geplant und gebaut ist, dass es die
Menschen durch die Zeiten hinweg berührt und anspricht, so ist es ein
ökologisches Haus. Sunder-Plassmann haben durch die Umnutzung
eines Gasthofs dem Dorf Denklingen seine Mitte zurückgegeben.

a peasant sensation in a person who is led through it blindfolded
and appeal to him,” Friedrich Schiller recited his poet friend. Or,
to put it another way, if a house is designed and built so that it
touches and appeals to people through the ages, it is an ecologi-
cal house. Through the conversion of an inn, Sunder-Plassmann
have given the village of Denklingen back its centre.
