In dem neuen Headquarter von Cadena + Asoc. Concept Design ist das Mitgestalten ausdrück-
lich erwünscht! Doch wer nun ein heilloses Durcheinander erwartet, wird überrascht. Durch
eine Reduktion auf die zwei Grundmaterialien Terrazzo und Stahl für die Konstruktion sowie
die damit vorherrschende Farbgebung Schwarz und Weiß entsteht ein einheitliches und offe-
nes Designstudio. Das Büro nimmt mit den Stahlregalen den städtisch geprägten Indus -
triecharakter auf und schafft aus vermeintlichen Gegensätzen ein Miteinander. Alle Kollegen
können ihren eigenen Arbeitsplatz-Mikrokosmos mit schwarzen und weißen Ele menten in -
dividuell gestalten und tragen zugleich zu einem ausgewogenen Büro-Makrokosmos bei.

In the new headquarters of Cadena + Asoc. Concept Design, contributing to the design is expli-
citly welcome! But those who now expect a hopeless chaos are in for a surprise. Due to the
reduction to the two basic materials terrazzo and steel for the construction as well as to the
thus dominating colouring black and white, a consistent and open design studio results. With
the steel shelves, the office takes up the urban-type industrial appearance and produces a
harmonious coexistence from seeming opposites. All the colleagues can individually design
their own workstation micro-cosmos with black and white elements and, at the same time,
they thus contribute to a well-balanced office macro-cosmos.
