Wichtiger Baustein für die Mitarbeiter-Ausbildung • Important component of staff training

M it einer eigenen Akademie hat das Münsteraner Unternehmen Bril-
lux schon vor Jahren einen wichtigen Baustein für die Weiterbil-
dung der eigenen Mitarbeiter, aber auch die ihrer Kunden gelegt. Der
Campus-Gedanke wird nun mit dem Neubau des Gästehauses B-Wohnen
vervollständigt, das Raum für theoretische und praktische Verwaltung,
Kontakte zu den Brillux-Mitarbeitern auf dem Werksgelände und Unter-
bringungsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe bietet. Über 60 Zimmer
und Apartments verfügt das Gästehaus, das die Seminarteilnehmer für
die Dauer ihres Aufenthalts komfortabel beherbergt. Das Besondere: Die
Raumorganisation folgt dem Prinzip einer Wohngemeinschaft. Während
die hochwertig-schlicht gestalteten Gästeräume vor allem dem privaten
Rückzug dienen, warten die großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräume im Erdge-
schoss mit eherspielerischer Leichtigkeit auf. Die Atmosphäre wird dabei
maßgeblich von hauseigenen Innenwandbeschichtungen bestimmt. Au-
ßerdem stehen umfangreiche Lehrflächen für die praktische Ausbildung
und Seminarräume für theoretische Schulungen zur Verfügung, und im
Keller des Komplexes ist die Spielewelt untergebracht, die die Kontakte
unter den Seminarteilnehmern vertiefen soll. Ein weiterer für Brillux als
Bauherr wichtiger Fakt: Der Baukomplex ist als Energiesparhaus klassifi-
ziert. Dazu trägt das WDV-System MW Ecotop bei, das mit zeitlosen leh-
mig-gelben Klinkerriemchen verkleidet wurde. ps

for the further training of its own employees, and also those of its cus-
tomers. The campus idea is now completed with the construction of
the new Guest House B-Wohnen, which offers space for theoretical and
practical administration, contacts with Brillux employees on the fac-
tory premises and accommodation in the immediate vicinity. The guest
house provides over 60 rooms and flats to comfortably accommodate
seminar participants for the duration of their stay. The special feature:
the room layout is organised according to the principle of a shared flat.
While the guest rooms with their simple, high-quality design serve pri-
marily as private retreats, the spacious common rooms on the ground
floor offer a more playful lightness. The different atmospheres are pri-
marily determined by the company’s own interior wall coatings. In ad-
dition, the building provides extensive teaching areas for practical trai-
ning and seminar rooms for theoretical courses, and the basement of
the complex boasts the world of games, which is intended to deepen
contacts among the seminar participants. Another fact that is impor-
tant for Brillux as the client: the building complex is classified as an
energy-saving house. The ETIC system MW Ecotop, which was clad
with timeless clay-yellow brick slips, contributes to this.
