Bei der energetischen Sanierung von Twenty One Central hat TM Ausbau alle Gewerke – vom Innenausbau bis zur Dachgestaltung – realisiert. • At Twenty One Central, all trades - from interior fittings to roof design - were realized.
Die Geschichte von TM Ausbau beginnt vor 60 Jahren, als Hans Bom-
mer das Potenzial der noch neuen Trockenbautechnik erkennt und
die „Trockenbau München GmbH“ gründet. In diesem Jahr feiert das
Unternehmen mit 13 Standorten in Deutschland und Österreich unter
der Geschäftsführung von Andreas Hofbauer und Roland Härtl sein
60-jähriges Unternehmensjubiläum. Das Leistungsportfolio umfasst
inzwischen Komplettbau, Innenausbau, Mieterausbau, Hotelbau,
Interior, Schlüsselfertigbau, Planung und BIM.
The history of TM Ausbau began 60 years ago when Hans Bommer
recognized the potential of the still new dry-construction tech-
nology and subsequently founded Trockenbau München GmbH.
This year, the company with 13 locations in Germany and Austria
celebrates its 60th anniversary under the management of Andreas
Hofbauer and Roland Härtl. The service portfolio now includes
complete construction, interior finishing, tenant fit-out, hotel con-
struction, interior, turnkey construction, planning and BIM.
