B auprodukte, Bodenbeläge und Dekore - für den Neubau der Egger-
Zentrale konnte der Architekt Bruno Moser die Produktpalette sei-
nes Bauherrn voll ausschöpfen und realisierte zwei viergeschossige
Bau kör per, die durch einen glasüberdachten Atriumraum miteinander
verbunden sind. Das Atri um fungiert dabei als zentraler Empfangs -
bereich und Treffpunkt, an den Mitarbeiterrestaurant, Schu lungs- und
Se mi nar räume angrenzen. Auf den darüberliegenden Ge schossen be -
finden sich rund 250 Büroarbeitsplätze, mehrere Besprechungs räume,
Werks- und Ge schäfts leitungsbüro. Ergänzt wird das Raum programm
durch Gymnas tik raum, Fahrradab stell räume und Duschen für die
Mitar beiter. Als bau konstruktive Basis für den Neubau fungieren die
Egger OSB 4 Modul bauplatten, die sich mit ihrem Hohl kas tenprin zip
nicht nur für große Spann wei ten, sondern auch für die Organisation
der Leitungs füh rungen eignen. Der Innenausbau und die Möblie rung
wurden eigens für die Firmenzentrale entworfen und bringen zahlrei-
che Egger-Projekte wie Laminat böden, Schichtstoffe, Möbel fer tig teile
sowie eine große Auswahl an Dekoren und Platten werk stoffen zur An -
wendung. Alle eingesetzten Produkte sind im Sinne des nachhaltigen
Bauens zu 100 Prozent recycelbar und bestehen zum Teil aus bereits
wiederverwendeten Materialien. Die Firmenzentrale de mons triert auf
diese Weise Eggers hohe Produktkompetenzen und lässt damit einen
selbstbewussten und firmenspezifischen Stil erkennen. hs

Für den Innenausbau kommen zahlreiche Egger-Produkte zum Einsatz. • Egger products are used for the interior furnishing. C onstruction products, floor coverings and décors – for the new
building of the Egger headquarters, architect Bruno Moser was
able to completely exploit his client’s product range and designed two
four-storey buildings connected with a glass-roofed atrium. The atrium
functions as the central reception area and a meeting point where the
employees’ restaurant, the training- and the seminar rooms adjoin. On
the levels located above it are approximately 250 office workstations,
several meeting rooms as well as the factory and the management
office. The spatial programme is complemented with a gymnastics
room, a bicycle storage room and showers for the employees. The con-
structive basis for the new building was the Egger OSB 4 modular
panel which, with its hollow-box principle, is not only suitable for
wide spans but also for the organization of the cable routings. The
interior fittings and the furnishing were specifically designed for the
company headquarters and use numerous Egger products such as
laminate flooring, laminates, prefabricated furniture components as
well as a large choice of décors and wood panels. All the products
used are 100 percent recyclable in line with sustainable architecture
and in part consist of already re-used materials. In this way, the com-
