F ür die Berliner Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Gewobag entwickelten
Würschinger Architekten mit dem Büroraumkonzept „5Plus“ im
Spreebogen, Berlin Moabit, die Blaupause für eine neuartige Büroarbeits-
welt. Das multifunktionale Nutzungs- und Bespielungskonzept entstand
in enger Zusammenarbeit des Architektenteams mit der Projektgruppe
des Bauherrn. Innerhalb von nur zehn Monaten von der Konzeption bis
zur Umsetzung entstanden 58 Arbeitsplätze und 31 weitere Arbeitsmög-
lichkeiten für insgesamt 84 MitarbeiterInnen. Ganz im Sinne eines attrak-
tiven Human Centered Workplace können die Mitarbeitenden entschei-
den, wo und wie sie im Büro arbeiten möchten. Offene und umschlossene
Flächen bieten unterschiedliche Bühnen, auf denen sie ihre favorisierte
Arbeitsumgebung vorfinden und selbst anpassen können. Eine wesentli-
che Grundlage für das hochflexible und zukunftsfähige Konzept bilden die
mobilen Timetable-Lift-Tische von Wilkhahn, die als „Alleskönner“ einge-
setzt werden. Der mobile, elektrisch kabellos höhenverstellbare Timeta-
ble Lift verfügt zudem optional über eine beschreibbare und magnetisch
haftende, vertikal klappbare Tischplatte. Er eignete sich für Einzelarbeit
oder Besprechungen im Sitzen und im Stehen, für das Visualisieren auf
der gemeinsamen Tischfläche, für das Präsentieren der Ergebnisse oder
die Aufprojektion digitaler Inhalte an der vertikal geklappten Tischplatte.

for a new kind of office environment. The multifunctional utilisation
and furnishing concept was developed in close cooperation between
the architects and the client's project group. Within only ten months
from conception to implementation, 58 workplaces and 31 additional
work options were created for a total of 84 employees. In keeping with
the idea of an attractive human-centred workplace, employees can de-
cide where and how they want to work in the office. Open and enclo-
sed areas offer different stages on which they can find their favoured
working environment that they can adapt themselves. An essential
