E in progressives Statement für klimafreundliche Architektur setzt die
neue Verwaltungszentrale der Stadtwerke Leinfelden-Echterdingen
von LIMA Architekten. Das Bürogebäude inszeniert sich als lokales Epi-
zentrum eines effizienten Energiekonzepts und steht damit sinnbildlich
für innovative kommunale Baupolitik. Die Fassade aus Aluminium, Beton
und Glas ist durch lineare Gleichmäßigkeit und minimalistische Formge-
bung geprägt. Auch im Innenbereich setzt sich das Design durch klare Li-
nien und eine homogene Farbgebung fort. Bei der Wahl jedes Details
spielen regenerative Technologien die entscheidende Rolle – bis hin zur
Bodengestaltung mit Akustikteppichfliesen von Object Carpet. So kom-
men in den Räumlichkeiten die Teppichqualitäten Arctic 702 und Poodle
1498 von Object Carpet zum Einsatz. Bei beiden Modellen handelt es sich
um regenerierbare Akustikfliesen, die die Basis für ein gesundes Raum-
klima bilden. Bei Arctic 702 entstehen mittels tuftgemusterter Cut-Loop-

pal construction policy. The façade of aluminium, concrete and glass
shows linear evenness and minimalist design. Inside as well, the de-
sign is continued with clear lines and homogeneous colouring. When
selecting every detail, regenerative technologies play the decisive role
– all the way to designing the floors with acoustic carpet tiles by Object
Carpet. The premises are therefore equipped with the Arctic 702 and
Poodle 1498 carpet qualities by Object Carpet. Both products are rege-
nerable acoustic tiles which are the basis for a healthy room climate.
In the case of Arctic 702, tuft-patterned cut-look technology produces
striking high-low structures. The deep-pile textile structure of Poodle
1498 looks three-dimensional and awakes associations with natural
formations. In addition, both carpet qualities consist entirely of Econyl
yarn of recycled polyamide and thus contribute to an improved ecolo-
gical starting point as well as ensuring pleasant room acoustics due to
footstep-noise reduction and high sound absorption. By foregoing bi-
tumen and PVC, the floor coverings are also ecologically safe.
