N ach der Corona-Pandemie sind Arbeitgeber bemüht, die Attraktivität der Räumlich-
keiten zu erhöhen, damit ihre Mitarbeitenden ihre Zeit lieber im Büro als im Homeof-
fice verbringen wollen. Aus dem Grund ließ die Schufa ihre bestehende Kantine im Wies-
badener Headquarter durch das Innenarchitekturbüro Leson aus Frankfurt modernisieren.
Ziel war es, eine Pause wie im heimischen Esszimmer einlegen zu können und eine Fläche
herzustellen, die auch abseits der vorgeschriebenen Zeiten gern genutzt wird. Unter der
gestalterischen Leitung von Susanne Leson wurde so die Aufenthaltsqualität erhöht und
eine pittoreske Traumwelt in Pastelltönen erschaffen, die unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkei-
ten für individuelle Pausenbedürfnisse anbietet. Die Fläche von knapp 170 Quadratmetern
wird nun durch ein raumtrennendes Regal zoniert. Insgesamt 61 Sitz- und Stehplätze,
kommunikativ mit Bartresen und Gruppentischen, als Lounge oder ganz privat als ruhige
Nischen, laden zum Ausspannen ein. Ergänzend hinzu kommt die Möglichkeit, auf den
20 weiteren Sitzplätzen der Terrasse beim Ausblick über den Schiersteiner Hafen und den
Rhein die Gedanken schweifen zu lassen. Eine verspielte Innengestaltung mit einer Kom-
bination aus abgerundeten Ecken und sanftem Pastellrot, -blau und -rosa auf Wänden
und Polstern erzeugt eine behagliche Wohnlichkeit. Der Einsatz einer Akustikdecke sowie
Tresen und Nischen in weichen Farben mit weichen Kurven • Counters and niches in soft colors with soft curves von Stoffpaneelen reguliert die Raumakustik auf eine gemäßigte Lautstärke. vs
A fter the coronavirus pandemic, employers are keen to make their premises more
attractive so that their employees prefer to spend their time in the office rather
than working from home. For this reason, Schufa had its existing canteen at the Wiesba-
den headquarters modernized by the interior-design firm Leson from Frankfurt. The aim
was to be able to take a break as if in a home dining room and to create an area that
people would enjoy using even outside of prescribed hours. Under the creative direction
of Susanne Leson, the quality of the break area was thus improved and a picturesque
dream world in pastel shades was created, offering a variety of seating options for indi-
vidual break needs. The area of almost 170 square metres is now divided into zones by
a room-dividing shelf. A total of 61 seats and standing places, communicative with a bar
and group tables, as a lounge or completely private as quiet niches, invite you to relax.
In addition, there are 20 further seats on the terrace, where you can let your thoughts
wander while enjoying the view over Schiersteiner Hafen and the Rhine. A playful interior
design with a combination of rounded corners and soft pastel reds, blues and pinks on
the walls and upholstery produces a cosy atmosphere. The installation of an acoustic
ceiling and fabric panels regulates the room acoustics to a moderate volume. The unique
