to easily move the modular living comfort of up to two tonnes without an additional
electric drive. The modular design was consistently pursued in order to reduce costs
and logistical effort during transport and installation on site.

Simple assembly thanks to innovative spreader connectors

The use of around 2500 Ixconnect SC 8/25 spreading connectors resulted in a clever
solution that enables simple, quick and tool-free installation. The consistent use of Koch-, Ess- und Arbeitssituation • Cook, eat and work arrangement
this concealed connection system for the substructure and panelling on the outside
and inside enabled precise prefabrication of the entire tree trunk. The furniture inside
was also skilfully integrated, creating a comfortable and functional living space. Spe-
cial mention should be made of the sliding washbasin and multifunctional bathroom
mirror from Häfele. This mobile unit, realised by means of sliding door fittings, allows
sufficient room for movement on both sides. The predominant use of linear LED light
emphasises the depth of the tree trunk and creates an inviting atmosphere. The inte-
rior design with various decors from the new Egger Decorative 24+ collection, such as
eucalyptus green, Baronia light oak and light grey Candela marble, creates an abstract
reference to the forest concept. Thanks to its modular design, the Moving Tree offers the
possibility of flexible living in the smallest of spaces without having to compromise on
comfort. Few, high-quality materials lend the room a sense of calm and atmosphere,
while intelligent hardware and lighting solutions allow for versatile design and utilisa-
tion options. Two essential features, especially for micro living. Schlaf- und Dusch-Situation • Bed and shower arrangement
