and provides inspiring impulses. The terms "Abbel" and
"Knieste" come from the Harz dialect and mean apple and
potato. As basic foodstuffs, they stand for the philosophy
and the product range of the newly created store within the
                utilisation concept. Weitere Informationen unter

are harvested directly in the garden of the Logierhaus and

table with own products welcomes the customers directly
in the shop’s entrance area. The solid table construction is
supported by an ornament on the floor and serves to slow
down the movement and to direct the view to the window

fruit and vegetables are presented in filigree wall furniture.
The design vocabulary of the furniture is repeated in the
wall furniture on the opposite side. A design contrast is

checkout, which are firmly located by means of a solid
base and thus influence the customer's movements inside

also located in the back. In addition, there is a dialogue
corner with two restored armchairs, which are intended to
invite the customer to take a look through the shop and the
assortment. The products are presented in front of an ear-
thy shade that enhances the colour effect of the food. In
order to make the regional shop window appear visually
closer to the customer and to highlight it, the walls of this
area are painted in a darker earth colour.
