Unter dem Motto „C the Unseen“ lädt die Kulturhauptstadt Chemnitz 2025 ein, die ungesehenen Seiten der Stadt zu entdecken. • The European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 invites you to discover the unseen sides of the city.

2025 ist Chemnitz mit Nova Gorica (Slowenien) und dem benachbarten
Gorizia (Italien) Kulturhauptstadt Europas. Besuchende aus aller Welt
sind eingeladen, die Stadt mit ihrem reichen kulturellen und industri-
ellen Erbe zu entdecken und mit anderen Augen zu sehen, vielleicht
auch bekannte Pfade zu verlassen – nicht umsonst lautet das Motto
„C the Unseen“. Barbara Graupner und Marta Quilis Juan von ATELIER
n.4 zeigen die verborgenen Potenziale von Chemnitz und eröffnen
neue Perspektiven auf eine der lebenswertesten Städte Deutschlands.

In 2025, Chemnitz, together with Nova Gorica (Slovenia) and neigh-
bouring Gorizia (Italy), will be the European Capital of Culture. Visi-
tors from around the world are invited to discover the city with its rich
cultural and industrial heritage and see it with different eyes, perhaps
even to leave familiar paths – for good reason, the motto is “C the
