In Kooperation mit der Handwerkskammer zu Köln haben Archi tek -
turstudenten der TH Köln und Tischlerlehrlinge ihre Idee vom Ar beits -
platz der Zukunft entwickelt und realisiert. Mithilfe von computerge-
stützten Entwurfs- und Fertigungsmethoden ist dabei das modulare
Raumkonzept „Randomize Box/Co-Working Space“ entstanden, in
dem beide Disziplinen Raum zum Arbeiten finden. Timo Stürmer und
Klara Maria Keller, Bachelorstudenten der TH Köln, berichten über
den Prozess und dabei gewonnene Erfahrungen.

Students of architecture at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences
and trainee carpenters developed and realized their idea of the work-
space of the future in cooperation with the Cologne Chamber of
Crafts. With the help of computer-aided design- and manufacturing Fotos: Heike Fischer, Timo Stürmer, Klara Maria Keller
methods, the modular Randomize Box/Co-Working Space room con-
cept resulted where both disciplines find a space to work. Timo
Stürmer and Klara Maria Keller, bachelor students at Cologne
University, describe the process and the experiences they gained.
