A ls Software-Entwickler für das Personalwesen hat Personio gemeinsam mit INpuls
für den Innenausbau seiner aktuell sieben Standorte bereits 2019 ein erstes Corpo-
rate-Design-Handbuch erarbeitet, das auf den CI-Farben gelb und hellblau fußt. Grund-
gedanke dabei war die problemlose Orientierung der Mitarbeiter in jedem der europa-
weiten Büros. Nachdem im Juli 2020 das Office in Madrid fertiggestellt wurde (siehe AIT
10.2021), konnte Personio im Februar 2022 nun auch seine neuen Räumlichkeiten in der
Münchner Hopfenpost beziehen. Auf 2500 Quadratmetern finden sich hier farbcodierte
Arbeitsbereiche, die ein attraktives Officeangebot bieten. Um die vertikalen Erschlie-
ßungsstrukturen ordnen sich dafür in Hellblau gestaltete Garderoben- und Pausenberei-
che sowie in Karamelltöne getauchte Besprechungsräume an. Eine an die Haupterschlie-
ßung angebundene Lobby mit Unternehmenscafé bilden das repräsentative wie kommu-
nikative Zentrum der Bürolandschaft, während die sogenannten Flexdesks für konzen-
trierte Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit in mit hellem Holz und Graunuancen ausgestalteten
Großräumen in langen Tischreihen stehen, die mittels Vorhängen in kleine Departments
unterteilbar sind. Abgerundet wird das Konzept mit Leuchtschriftinstallationen, Pflanzen-
ampeln und neongelben wie schwarzen Details. INpuls-Chefin Réka Visnyei wurde kürz-
lich von den nominierten INsider-KollegInnen auf Platz 1 gewählt (AIT 7/8.2022, S. 15).

A s a developer of software for human resources, already in 2019 Personio established
a first corporate-design handbook that was based on the CI colours yellow and light
blue for the interiors of its currently seven locations together with INPuls. The main idea
was the easy orientation of the employees in each of the offices throughout Europe. After,
in July 2020, the office in Madrid had been completed (see AIT 10.2021), in February 2022
Personio was now also able to move into its new premises in the Munich Hopfenpost.
On 2,500 square metres, there are the usual colour-coded working areas that generate
as extensive as attractive an offer of offices. Arranged around the vertical access structu-
res are cloakrooms and break areas designed in light blue as well as meeting rooms im-
mersed in shades of caramel. A lobby connected to the main access and an adjacent
company café are the prestigious as well as communicative centre of the office landscape
whereas the so-called flex desks for concentrated individual and group working are stan-
ding in long rows in the large spaces designed in blond wood and shades of grey and
can be subdivided into small departments with curtains. The concept is complemented
with neon-sign installations, hanging plants and neon-yellow as well as black details.
INpuls boss Réka Visnyei was voted number 1 by the nominated INsider colleagues.
