Stilvolles Wohnen auf kleinem Raum • Stylish living in a small space

M it dem neuen Mitarbeiterhaus A-Home schafft das Tiroler Innenar-
chitekturbüro Aufschnaiter Interior nicht nur Wohnraum, sondern
positioniert sich auch als zukunftsorientierter Arbeitgeber. Das Projekt ist
Ausdruck eines unternehmerischen Selbstverständnisses, das architek-
tonische Qualität und soziale Verantwortung miteinander verbindet. Für
die eigenen Mitarbeiter wurde damit ein funktionaler, hochwertig gestal-
teter Lebensraum realisiert – als Antwort auf die Herausforderungen im
regionalen Wohnungsmarkt und als Investition in langfristige Mitarbeiter-
bindung. Die sechs Wohnungen wurden vollständig inhouse geplant und
umgesetzt. Zum Einsatz kamen maßgefertigte Einbauten aus der eigenen
Tischlerei – mit klarer Formensprache, nordisch geprägtem Stil und einem
bewussten Fokus auf Materialwirkung. Gestalterisch spiegelt das Interi-
eur zugleich den Designansatz des Büros wider: reduziert, funktional und
atmosphärisch. In den sechs Einheiten dominieren warme Holztöne und
metallische Akzente. Basis ist das Dekor H1385 Casella Eiche natur, dessen
weiches, zugleich differenziertes Farbspiel viele moderne Farbkombinati-
onen zulässt. Die synchron geprägte Matt-in-matt-Pore der Struktur ST40
Feelwood Oakgrain verstärkt den natürlichen Charakter, indem sie gezielt
auf Glanzpunkte verzichtet. Als Kontrast dazu wurde F528 Brushed Metal
Bronze eingesetzt – ein Metalldekor mit perlmuttartigem Glanz und realis-
tischer Haptik. Abgerundet wird das Küchendesign durch die Kompaktar-

positioned itself as a forward-looking employer. The project is an expres-
sion of a corporate identity combining architectural quality and social
responsibility. A functional, high-quality living space has been created for
the company’s own employees – in response to the challenges of the
regional housing market and as an investment in long-term staff retention.
The six apartments were planned and implemented entirely in-house.
Custom-made fixtures from the company’s own carpentry were used –
with a clear design language, Nordic-inspired style and a conscious focus

on the effect of the materials. The interior design also reflects the office’s
design approach: minimalist, functional and atmospheric. Warm wood

Casella Oak Natural decor, whose soft yet differentiated colour play allows
for many modern colour combinations. The synchronously embossed
matte-in-matte pore of the ST40 Feelwood Oakgrain texture reinforces the
natural character by deliberately avoiding highlights. This is contrasted by
F528 Brushed Metal bronze – a metal decor with a pearlescent sheen and
a realistic feel. The kitchen design is rounded off by the compact worktop
with a black core in the U999 ST76 Black decor.
