Klar, schnörkellos und archaisch wirken die Sanitärpro-
dukte des italienischen Labels Nic. Die in der Region
Latium, rund 55 Kilometer nördlich von Rom angesiedelte
Firma verfügt über eine kleine, feine Produktpalette: Bad-
möbel, Waschbecken, WCs, Bidets, Badewannen und
Sitzbadewannen. Interessant ist die umfangreiche Nic-
Farbpalette in glänzender und matter Ausführung, welche
die weißen Sanitärobjekte ergänzt. Die schlicht Bay –
Bucht – genannte freistehende Badewanne ist aus Pietra-
luce, einem robusten Kunststein mit sanfter, Acryl-artiger
Haptik, gefertigt. Die Nic-Generalvertretung in Deutsch-
land hat die Berliner Materialagentur inne.
The sanitary products of the Italian label Nic look
clean, unadorned and archaic. The company, which is
based in the Lazio region about 55 km north of Rome,
offers a small but exquisite range of products: bath-
room furniture, washbasins, WCs, bidets, bathtubs and
sitz baths. An interesting feature is the extensive Nic co-
lour range with glossy and matt finishes, which com-
plements the white sanitary objects. The plain freestan-
ding bathtub called Bay is made of Pietraluce, a robust
artificial stone with a soft, acrylic-like feel. The Berlin-
based agency Plan +B Die Materialagentur is Nic’s ge-
neral representative in Germany.
