Als moderne Interpretation der ersten schwenkbaren
Bauhaus-Leuchte aus den 1920er-Jahren ist Ayno minima-
listisch, flexibel und vielseitig. Jetzt hat Midgard die be-
liebte Serie um eine Wandversion in zwei Größen erwei-
tert. In Höhe und Radius flexibel ausrichtbar, erlaubt die
neue Wandhalterung ein freies Schwenken nach rechts
und links. Die drahtige und federleichte Leuchte spendet
so gezielt gerichtetes, blendfreies Licht, zum Beispiel über
Arbeitstischen und Leseecken. Das besondere Merkmal
des Entwurfs von Diez Office ist übrigens ein dünner,
biegbarer Fiberglasstab, der über zwei Ringe und ein
markantes, textilummanteltes Kabel verstellbar ist.
A modern interpretation of the first Bauhaus swivel
lamp from the 1920s, Ayno is minimalist, flexible and
versatile. Now Midgard has extended the popular se-
ries with a wall version that is available in two sizes.
Flexibly adjustable regarding the height and the radius,
the new wall mount allows free swivelling to the right
and left. The wiry and feather-light luminaire thus pro-
vides targeted directional, glare-free light, for example
above work desks and in reading corners. Incidentally,
the special feature of the design by Diez Office is a thin,
bendable fibreglass rod that can be adjusted via two
rings and a distinctive textile-covered cable.
