P raktisches Handling für einen flexiblen Einsatz und einen hohen
ästhetischen Wert bietet das neue Klapptischsystem mAx von
Wilkhahn. Auf- und Abbau werden durch Einhandbedienung und
Selbst stabilisierung zum Kinderspiel. Integrierte Verkettungselemente
ermöglichen Verbindungen ohne lose Einzelteile. Für das Klapptisch -
programm mAx entwickelte Designer Andreas Störiko zum einen Einzel -
klapp tische, die durch eingerückte Tischbeine auch stirnseitig Bein -
freiheit bieten, und zum anderen Systemtische mit kantenbündigem
Gestell, die durch Einhängeplatten zu Tischreihen oder Konferenz tisch -
anlagen verkettet werden können. Der funktionalen Vielfalt sind keine
Grenzen gesetzt: Das neue System eignet sich sowohl für Besprechungs-
und Tagungsräume als auch für multifunktionale Cafeteria-Zonen. Der
T-Fuß aus Aluminium ist in drei verschiedenen Größen erhältlich, die
Tischplatte in verschiedenen Tiefen und Breiten möglich. Außerdem
können die Plattenmaterialien, die Oberflächen sowie die Kanten aus -
bildung dem Anwendungs bereich entsprechend angepasst werden: Das
Repertoire reicht von direktbeschichteten Feinspan platten über Lami -
nate bis hin zu hochwertig furnierten Platten und von einfachen
PP-Kanten zu elegant gefasten Tischkanten. Einen Gewichts vorteil bietet
die Modellreihe mAx light mit Tischplatten aus Leichtbau platten. Sicht -
blenden, Tischverbinder, additive Elektrifi zie rungs sets und Transport -
wagen sind für das Klapptischsystem erhältlich. ts

T he new mAx folding-table system by Wilkhahn offers practical
handling for flexible uses as well as high aesthetic value. Setting
up and disassembling becomes child’s play thanks to one-handed ope-
rating and self-stabilizing. Integrated linkage options make connecting
several tables without loose parts possible. For the mAx folding-table
range, on the one hand, the designer Andreas Störiko developed single
folding tables which, due to recessed table legs, also offer leg room at
the front and, on the other hand, a system of tables with frames flush
with the edges which can be linked with insertable panels to form
rows of tables or conference-table ensembles. There are no limits to
the functional variety: The new system is suitable for meeting- and con-
ference rooms as well as for multipurpose cafeteria zones. The T-leg of
aluminium is available in three sizes, the table top in different depths
and widths. In addition, the table-top materials, the surfaces as well as
the edges can be adapted to wherever the tables are used: The choice
ranges from direct-coated plywood panels to laminate all the way to
high-quality veneered panels and from simple PP edges to elegantly
framed table edges. An advantage as to weight is offered by the mAx
light version with table tops of lightweight-construction panels.
Modesty panels, table-table connectors, additive power-supply fittings
and transport trolleys are available for the folding-table system.
