Kontinuität: Barockschloss Ludwigsburg
Das Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, eines der wichtigsten, im Original erhaltenen Schlös-
ser Europas, ist auch eine Reise durch die Baugeschichte – vom üppigen Barock durch
das verspielte Rokoko bis hin zum eleganten Klassizismus. Studio Komo fügte dem
mehr als 300 Jahre alten Gemäuer nun eine weitere Zeitebene hinzu – in Form eines
Schloss-Shops und einer Museumskasse. Die imposanten Gewölbe des denkmalge-
schützten Bestands unterstrichen die Stuttgarter Innenarchitekten durch Bögen, die allen
voran die Beleuchtung integrieren, und auch Vitrinen und Displays. Weiß-, Gold- und
Beige-Töne verkörpern die Eleganz des Schlosses.
Ludwigsburg residential castle – one of the most important, originally preserved Eu-
ropean castles – is also a journey through building history – from opulent baroque
to playful rococo to elegant classicism. Studio Komo added another time layer to
the walls of more than 300 years: a castle shop and a museum box office. The Stutt-
gart interior architects emphasized the striking vault of the listed building stock with
arches where, above all, the lighting is integrated, and also with glass showcases Foto: Philip Kottlorz, Stuttgart
and displays. Tones of white, gold and beige represent the elegance of the castle.
