Wie können ungenutzte Parkflächen so umstrukturiert werden,
dass ein Mehrwert für die nachbarschaftliche Gemeinschaft ent-
steht? In ihrer Bacherlorthesis an der Technischen Hochschule Ost-
westfalen-Lippe beschäftigt sich Laura Pott mit dieser Thematik
ausführlich und entwirft einen modernen Schrebergarten, der
brachliegende Flächen aufwertet und zugleich einen exklusiven
Blick über Berlin bietet. Ein optimales Lebensmodell für Stadtbe-
wohner, die ihre ländlichen Wurzeln nicht missen möchten.

How can unused parking areas be restructured in such a way that
considerable added value is produced for the neighbourhood com-
munity? In her bachelor thesis at Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of
Applied Sciences and Arts, Laura Pott focuses on this topic in de-
tail and designs modern allotment gardens which easily manage
to upgrade to date disused areas and even allow an exclusive view
of Berlin at the same time. An optimum way of life for city dwellers
who do not want to miss their rural roots.
