Der verborgene Garten wird zum Entree • The hidden garden becomes the entree.

I n Mailand steht es außer Frage: Wenn man Kunst und Design erle-
ben möchte, ist die bekannteste Anlaufstelle Brera. Nicht grundlos
avanciert diese Gegend während des jährlich stattfindenden Fuorisa-
lone zu einem Hotspot der weltweiten Designszene. Innerhalb des hi-
storischen Zentrums – dem alten Mailand – gibt es zahlreiche Kunstga-
lerien, Museen, Handwerksläden und eine Vielzahl geschichts trächtiger
Gebäude zu entdecken. Die kreativen Wurzeln dieses Viertels scheinen
auch in das neue Büro Statuto 11 zu laufen, das sich mitten im Brera De-
sign District befindet. Den dort entstandenen neuen Hauptsitz von
eFM – einem auf die digitalisierte Immobilienverwaltung spezialisierten
Unternehmen – betritt man von der Straße durch einen zurückversetz-
ten Garten. Mit beeindruckender Höhe und einer für die Innenstadt un-
erwarteten Weitläufigkeit überraschen die eigentlichen Büroräume. Auf-
grund einer großen Interaktion unterschiedlicher Tätigkeitsfelder – von
Architekten und Ingenieuren, Ökonomen und Psychologen – soll bei
Statuto 11 eine hohe Flexibilität vorherrschen. Zugleich ist ein guter tech-
nologischer Ausbau notwendig, da nach dem Prinzip des activity based
workplace gearbeitet wird. Hub-Tische von Fantoni stellen für die Um-
setzung dieses Konzeptes eine passende Lösung dar. Alle Tischmodule,
mit und ohne Rollen, lassen sich flexibel kombinieren und über den

Statuto 11 has to provide a high level of flexibility. At the same time, a
good technological infrastructure is absolutely necessary, as work is
carried out according to the activity-based workplace principle. Lift ta-
bles from Fantoni are a suitable solution for the implementation of this
concept. With and without castors, all table modules can be flexibly
combined, and individual work areas can thus be created using the
mounting frame with integrated lighting and technical elements.
