N ur 30 Kilometer von Venedig entfernt liegt das jüngst durch den
Archi tekten Francesco Di Nisio abgeschlossene Bauprojekt der
Villa Con tarini Nenzi. Der vorgefundene Bestand stammt aus dem
beginnenden 19. Jahrhundert und ist ein Stallanbau einer antiken Villa.
Ziel der durchgeführten Arbeiten war die Restauration der historischen
Räum lich kei ten und die harmonische Erweiterung des Gebäude kom -
plexes. Um die Qua li täten des Bestandes dabei wertig in Szene zu set-
zen, entstand in Zu sam menarbeit mit Linea Light ein um fang reiches
Beleuch tungs kon zept für den Innen- und Außenraum. Durch Licht
betonte Linien-Führungen und Textur-Illuminationen standen hier
ebenso im Vordergrund wie die Realisierung einer energiesparenden
Gesamt lö sung durch LED-Systeme. So markieren beispielsweise mini-
malistische Einbauprodukte wie die Gips-Leuchte Gypsum und der
blendfreie Edel stahl-Strahler Alcor effektvoll Übergänge von histori-
schen zu neuen Bauelementen und sorgen darüber hinaus für eine
angemessene Raumausleuchtung. Zusätzliche Lichtobjekte mit unre-
gelmäßigen, kieselsteinartigen Leuchtkörpern wie die Hängeleuchte
Dunia und die Stehleuchte Folia vervollständigen den Innenausbau
gestalterisch wie funktional und fangen den Blick des Betrachters ein.
Weitere Lichtleisten und die nach oben wie unten abstrahlende

A Villa Contarini Nenzi, a building project which the architect

Francesco Di Nisio recently completed. The existing stock dates from
the start of the 19th century and used to be a stable annex of the anti-
que villa. The goal of the works performed was the restoration of the
historic premises and a harmonious extension of the whole building
complex. For appealingly bringing out the hidden qualities of the
stock, an extensive lighting concept for the interior and the exterior
space was designed in cooperation with the Linea Light Group. Lines
emphasized by light and illuminated textures were here as much in
the foreground as developing an energy-saving overall solution with
LED systems. Thus, for instance, minimalist recessed products such as
the Gypsum chalk-surface luminaire and the glare-free Alcor stainless-
steel spotlight mark transitions from historic to new construction ele-
ments and ensure suitable room illumination. Additional light objects
with irregular, pebble-like light fixtures such as the Dunia pendant
luminaire and the Folia floor lamp complement the interior construc-
tion as to design as well as function and are true eye-catchers. More
strip lights and the Elix wall luminaire radiating upwards as well as
downwards are found in the exterior and make it possible to produce
