Am Nordende des Zürichsees haben die Römer einst den Stützpunkt Turicum gegründet; heute liegt hier die größte Stadt der Schweiz. •The Romans founded the Turicum base; today, this is the largest city of Switzerland.
Von Jahr zu Jahr wird Zürich noch attraktiver, als es die Stadt an
der Limmat ohnehin schon ist. Selbst in den letzten zwei Jahren
entstanden hier, trotz Pandemie, zahlreiche neue Hotspots. Wer
mit offenen Augen durch Zürich schlendert, kann so manche Ar-
chitektur- und Designperle entdecken, die es vor Kurzem noch
nicht gab. Internationale Größen wie David Chipperfield und Phil-
ippe Starck haben dabei genauso ihre Spuren hinterlassen wie
kreative Köpfe aus der Schweiz. Ein Streifzug durch die Stadt...
From year to year, Zurich is getting even more attractive than the
city on the Limmat already is. Even over the past two years and
despite the pandemic, numerous new hotspots have emerged
here. Those strolling through Zurich with open eyes are able to
discover many a jewel of architecture and design which had not
existed just a short while ago. International names such as David
