             There is also dementia garden plus an area for urban farming. The building offers a range
             of leisure activities for young and old, including a play area, circular paths and a quiet
             garden landscape. The building complex itself is being constructed in timber. Some of the

             roofs are extensively greened. A small part is reserved for energy generation using photo-

             The day-care centre and the administrative area, in contrast, are clad with fibre-cement
             panels to make orientation from the outside easier. The kindergarten presents itself as
             a light-flooded, open space in which natural materials dominate. Light-coloured wood
             characterizes the floor and furniture, complemented by neutral white walls as a backdrop
             for colourful accents such as toys, cushions and chairs. The carefully placed splashes of

             colour stimulate the senses. The furnishings also reflect the different requirements: while
