M editieren an einer Bushaltestelle – wie funktioniert das im hektischen Stop-and-
Go von New York? Mittels einer gebogenen, hinterleuchteten Aluminiumverklei-
dung verwandelte Aidia Studio einen Reisebus in ein mobiles Meditationsstudio. Wie
ein Wandertempel auf Rädern tourt „Be Time“ durch die Straßenschluchten und bietet
Meditationskurse direkt vor der Bürotür an. Sakrale Motive und fraktale Geometrien
inspirierten das Lochmuster in der Aluminiumhaut, das wie ein Sternenhimmel an die
Weite des Universums erinnert. Runde, reflektierende Flächen an den Enden verlän-
gern den Raum optisch für urbane, tiefenentspannte Meditationen to go. bs

M editating at a bus stop – how does that work in the hectic stop-and-go of New
York? With a curved, backlit aluminium cladding, Aidia Studio transformed a
coach into a mobile meditation studio. Like a travelling temple on wheels, "Be Time"
tours through the street canyons and offers meditation courses directly outside the
office door. Sacred motifs and fractal geometries inspired the perforated pattern in
the aluminium shell, which reminds of a starry sky and the vastness of the universe.
Reflective surfaces at the ends visually extend the space for relaxing meditation to go.
