O lgiati kann sich das Schmunzeln nicht verkneifen, als er anfängt, über seine Arbeit
für Kanye West zu sprechen. Es ist ein zufriedenes Schmunzeln. Gleich mehrere
Bauten wünscht sich der reichste Rapper der Welt – dessen Namensänderung in „Ye“ nun
offiziell bewilligt wurde – vom Bündner Architekten: Darunter eine Schule für 100 Kinder,
ein Dorf mit 500 Häusern und ein Stadion für 100.000 Zuschauer. Allen gemein sind der
kreisförmige Grundriss und die unterirdische Lage. Auch das eigene, 4.000 Quadratmeter
große Wohnhaus darf nicht fehlen! Sonst über Lichtschächte beleuchtet, bildet ein riesi-
ger Innenhof, mit Pflanzen aus aller Welt, ein offenes Gebäudezentrum. Ach Herr Ye ... sf

O lgiati cannot refrain from smiling when he starts talking about his work for Kanye
West. It is a satisfied smile. The richest rapper in the world – whose name change
to “Ye” has been officially authorized – wants the Grisons architect to design several
buildings for him, among them: a school for 100 children, a village with 500 houses and
a stadium for 100,000 spectators. What all the buildings have in common is a circular Instagram Posts von Valerio Olgiati

tres, is not to be omitted! Otherwise illuminated through light shafts, a giant interior
