Ein ungewöhnlicher Ort mit einer ebensolchen (Familien-)Geschichte:
Ende der 1920er-Jahre legt Johanna Settari, Witwe und Mutter von elf
Kindern, zusammmen mit ihrem Schwiegersohn, dem österreichi-
schen Maler Hubert Lanzinger, den Grundstein für eine beispiellose
Geschichte von Gastfreundschaft, die bis heute – in die vierte Genera-
tion – andauert. Wer einmal die Stille und Einfachheit, die Symbiose
zwischen Landschaft, Architektur und Mensch gespürt hat, kommt
immer wieder. So wie unsere Autorin, die Architektin Daniela Keck.
An unusual place with an equally unusual (family) history: at the
end of the 1920s, Johanna Settari, widow and mother of then ele-
ven children, together with her son-in-law, the Austrian painter
Hubert Lanzinger, laid the foundation for an unprecedented his-
tory of hospitality that continues to this day — to the fourth gene-
