Revocation

You can informally cancel the order within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day on which you receive the first issue ordered, but not before receipt of a cancellation policy in accordance with the requirements of Art. 246a § 1 para. 2 no. 1 EGBGB.

In order to comply with the deadline, it is sufficient to send your clearly stated decision to revoke the order in due time. For this purpose, you can use the revocation model from Annex 2 to Art. 246a EGBGB.
